Message: I'm new to the area, and live right around the corner from this 7-11 location. I've never gotten the young man's name, and I never do reviews, but I have to give credit where it's due (I hope this doesn't fall upon deaf ears. I was in the store today about 2:30-ish). He's about 20-ish, with dirty blonde/light brown hair (long-ish). Every time I'm in the store he's the same polite, kind, helpful person. I know I can be a pain in the a** with all my questions (with being new to the area), but he never hesitates to help. I believe if more businesses had employees like him, their customer service ratings would go through the roof! I just felt that this needed to be shared. And, he needed to be acknowledged. Thank you.

Message: The people here have always been nice. They get rude customers and try to maintain and do a good job. Professional and kind. I don’t know what that one guy was talking about that lady being rude when I saw different you can’t snap your fingers in people faces and yelling at the workers and expect them not to call the cops for being disorderly in their store. They do not have to serve you. They have always been nice from what I saw. Some of the customers are the ones who are rude at times for no reason. That lady held her temper better then I could have. Good job and thank you all for your kindness.

Message: The 7-11 on Wise Ave is a good place. What a lot of people don’t understand what we go through. For an example there is a picture of an employee that was at the oven. She/I went through 10 minutes of the gentleman going off in my place of employment all because I asked to scan his ID for tobacco product. This gentleman got in my coworkers face and started verbally attacking 2 of our regular customers. Yes at that point I called 911. The officer suggested that I should of called sooner. This is what we go through a daily basis. Then we have wonderful customer that comes in and I personally forget about that disrespectful customer that had a tantrum in the store.
